Guns and related antique toys and Western memorabilia. I remember some of these
things; the others are dim and I can only dream of owning toys like

In case you're curious, I'm
starting at the left of this group and working my way towards the right. Man o
man he has the stuff crammed in about as tight as can be. It looks like my
collection room, except most of my stuff is junk—compared to
this.
This looks so much like the previous photo that
you might get fooled, but the key is to look at the guitars. They are
DIFFERENT. So...we have more and more stuff.
Now we are looking at some custom shelves for the
Cap Guns. I wish I had some shelves like this.
IF
SOMEBODY MAKES GLASS FRONTED SHOW CASES FOR THIS SORT OF STUFF, I WOULD LIKE TO
HEAR IT AND BUY A BUNCH!
It's always good to see Nichols Cap Guns in a
set. Of course he certainly needs more of them. But they aren't that cheap.
However, they are always going to be worth some good bucks.
I see a bunch of cast-iron Cap Guns in this
photo. That's a whole hobby unto itself and it's sort of esoteric. I prefer the
die-cast guns myself, but I really do appreciate some of the old cast-iron Cap
Guns that are extremely high quality. I have to think of those owned by Ed
Manes.
It must be nice to have
shelves like this for your collection. I need some. A few. Well, at least a
good-sized drawer or two.
Now this is more my style,
just lined up in a row! But when I look at some of them, I recognize some nice
examples. And what is that Nichols Stallion 45 MK-II doing underneath that
shelf? It should be in a case all by itself. And I guarantee you, MIKE NICHOLS
is not prejudiced.
