I cannot think of another Cap Gun in the world
that uses this type of mechanism to simply raise a cap box. You would expect to
see a mechanism like this on an Army 1861-type revolver, but to allow the
cylinder to be removed. But to be fair, it's a good solutionrather than
those little metal releases on the Leslie-Henry pop-up guns that are right
