Usually guns that had no name or title on them were produced
"late in the game" by the various companies. When sales went down and kids
began to lose interest in playing "Cowboys and Indians," then the companies got
discouraged too and began to lack a sense of pride. Sort of like "Puff" in that
song, Puff The Magic Dragon by Peter Yarrow.
