It's pretty easy to read the "MODEL 'P' " in this
close-up. And the LONE STAR is right above it. Notice that the grips have a
really stupid rivet on them. I hate rivets. I prefer screws so that I could
take them apart easily. Which I did when I was a kid. I mean...any boy who
doesn't take things apart to find out what's inside is...well...it stunts his
growth I think. They surely did use a large "P" on this. The writing in front
of the cylinder reads, "MADE IN ENGLAND." These days the Brits are scared to
death of guns - perhaps even Cap Guns I guess. It's a pity that they have given
up their freedom, for we got ours from their original example of the Magna
