| I am presenting the full-sized photo here as I have it for
those of you who happen to have a huge monitor. I adjusted the color for the
fading and also airbrushed some as some of the areas that seemed to be
superimposed upon the background. I hope you enjoy this photo. I was lucky
enough to have lunch with Roy's daughter at Bob Terry's Cap Gun Show in Azle,
Texas once. One of the nicer side benefits of being a Christian is that we are
assured that we will meet each other and know each other when we get to heaven.
Roy and Dale were strong Christians and I am looking forward to meeting them in
person. People who aren't Christians would think Roy and Dale might go to be
with Jesus Christ because they were a good people, but Roy and Dale would have
told you that there is no such thing as "earning" points by being "good," for
all have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God. The only possible way to
be part of the Kingdom of God and be "right" in God's eyes is to place your
trust in Jesus Christ, His Only Begotten Son, who died for our sins (though He
Himself was innocent of sin) and was resurrected for our righteousness through
Him, thus conquering Death and ensuring us Life Eternal through Him. And one of
the best things about living in the USA, is that I can proclaim the Truth
without being thrown in prison. |
