Here's a close-up of the Spitfire on the main
page that doesn't have a forestock. The scrollwork is really nice. You can't
imagine (unless you've done it) how tedious it is to engrave the die and then
polish it to a gloss so that the metal will release when the dies come apart.
Nichols Industries Cap Guns show an extreme amount of care in the die
