This is one of those sets that you just dream about. Very
rare and hardly ever seen in anyone's collection. Nichols made a toy replica of
the Civil War gun for the 100th birthday of the Civil War. They made it in 3
plating versions and this one is the rarest—especially since it's in an
Heirloom Set. And GOLD PLATED!
This one
is 100% original and in working condition with all of the extras, including the
(also) rare 3-piece bullets. There is some plating wear on the gold, but when
you consider how old this is, then it's reasonable. You will seldom ever see
this magnificent Nichols set.
