They function as they should with a strong snap to the hammers and stay closed when firing. There are no chips, cracks, breaks, or repairs to the grips or frames of the cap guns. The holster set is made of black leather with white accents. It has the HAVE GUN WILL TRAVEL chess piece horse head metal conchos mounted on each holster pocket. This is the Very Rare & Hard-To-Find PALADIN marked single holster set. It is a TRUE single as there were never any provisions for attaching a second holster and comes with all twelve(12) original chrome plated LECO .45 plastic toy bullets . It comes complete with a Rare revolving cylinder PALADIN .45 marked cap gun by HALCO with all six(6) original metal toy bullets for the cylinder. The gun has not fired caps. Have Gun Will Travel "Paladin" Premium Double Holster Set

This is a beautiful "Paladin" double holster set with "Patrol" marked 10 inch cap guns by George Schmidt. The guns are in excellent condition with a bright nickel finish. The guns are cap fired and function as they should with a strong snap to the hammers and stay closed when firing. They have checkered bronze colored metal grips. There are no chips, cracks, breaks, or repairs to the grips or frames of the cap guns. The double holster set is in excellent plus condition with the horse head chess piece embossed on each holster pocket which is the well known trademark of "Paladin" and comes complete with all twelve(12) original chrome plated plastic toy bullets. It is the Premium top grain black leather set offered by Halco in their 1958 Holster Set Catalog. This set came with plastic edging around the belt and on the opening of the holster pockets. As you can see in the last picture it shows that the sets were offered with either "Smoky Joe" 9 1/2 inch cap guns by Leslie-Henry catalog #8806 or the "Patrol" marked cap guns by George Schmidt catalog #8807. There were no "Paladin" marked cap guns made in 1958. This is a very Hard To Find variation of the Have Gun Will Travel holster sets.
